In this role, you will advise school leaders on complex employee relations matters, conduct fair and timely investigations, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. You will coach managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and corrective actions while helping to foster an inclusive, student-centered culture.
Collaborating closely with HR and school leadership, you will contribute to engagement initiatives, training, and continuous improvement across our national network.
