Employee Relations & Payroll Advisor

CLS Health in Houston, TX is seeking an Employee Relations (ER) Partner to advise leaders and staff on ER matters, payroll administration, policy interpretation, and regulatory compliance.

You will conduct workplace investigations, coach managers, manage unemployment claims, and collaborate with HR, Legal, and Payroll to ensure fair, confidential, and legally sound people practices.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s in HR and 2–5 years of ER experience.
