Employee Relations Advisor

Experienced in handling complex employee relations issues, the full-time Employee Relations Advisor will manage a heavy caseload of employee escalations and work on special projects in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Manage employee escalations, including workplace conflicts and concerns regarding the work environment Collaborate with various teams, including Ethics & Investigations, HR Business Partners, and management Work on special projects such as updating playbooks, revising policies, and building managerial capabilities Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations or a related field Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze case and organizational insights Proven conflict resolution skills and the ability to navigate complex performance concerns Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in drafting and revising policies and protocols
