Employee-Owner Division Controller

Central States Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Division Controller to serve as the primary financial leader for an assigned business division.

You will ensure financial integrity, drive profitability, and align results with corporate objectives through accurate reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. You will oversee all accounting operations, lead budgeting and variance analysis, and collaborate with operations to optimize cost drivers and production metrics.
