Employee-Owned Store Leader – 2nd Assistant Manager

Fox Bros. Piggly Wiggly, a 100% employee-owned grocery chain with 10 locations in Southwestern Wisconsin, seeks a 2nd Assistant Manager to help coordinate store operations under the Store Director.

The role focuses on planning, scheduling, inventory monitoring, and merchandise ordering to meet demand and drive results. Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience, strong people skills, solid math and budgeting abilities, and a proven track record in customer relations and problem solving.
