Founded in 2009, CLO Virtual Fashion is creating a new ecosystem for digital fashion based on its unrivaled technology in 3D clothing simulation algorithms.

CLO Virtual Fashion provides all clothing-related services from concept to design, manufacturing, marketing, fitting, and styling based on 3D clothing simulation algorithms.

Along with costume design software CLO, Marvelous Designer, and Jinny, we are involved in the entire costume journey with platforms specialized in costume content such as CLO-SET and CONNECT to build an efficient and sustainable workflow. Our solution allows physical and digital garments to be tagged together to function within the CLO system.

We have 13 offices in 11 countries around the world and are gradually expanding.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic individual for the Employee Experience Manager position in our Los Angeles office. The role spans accounting & finance, operations, HR, office management, and project coordination across global offices.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate as a business administration support for our Los Angeles office with Europe, Korea, and India.
  • Book keeping & Accounting – ensure clarity of payment, accounting issues and paperwork to define business and financial processes.
  • Assess business operations processes and assist with revamping processes to increase efficiencies.
  • Assist human resource management – maintain employee files and update HR documents, creating a healthy company culture.
  • Review the accuracy of accounting & finance documents and track expenditures.
  • Organize and record all events and ongoing projects.
  • Act as a liaison between our global offices to ensure all business processes and paperwork are up to date and accurate.
  • Logistics: shipping/mailing company confidential items.

Requirements

  • Strong planning and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise discretion with confidential matters.
  • 0-2 years professional work experience in a business setting (accounting, finance, operations, HR, etc.). Proficiency in MS Office or accounting software is a plus.
  • Sound judgment in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel when needed.

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 a year.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
