We are constantly looking for opportunities to share more about the work we do in unique, creative ways, and this role will play a critical part in this effort.Partner closely with members of the employee communications team to create comprehensive plans for key topics across the company or business lines.Bring strategic plans to life by crafting content across several internal channels, including intranet posts, emails, digital signs, and leader presentations, to name a few.Work with creative partners (internal resources and external agencies) as needed to bring your story ideas to life with multimedia assets.Follow standardized processes to ensure content is created, reviewed and approved in a timely manner across channels.We are looking for someone with a passion for storytelling, AP-style writing, and collaboration.

All candidates must be professionals with excellent organizational skills and a track record for delivering results to support multiple projects in a rapidly evolving environment.You have:Bachelor's Degree (in communications, journalism, or related field preferred)Minimum of 12 years of experienceExperience in employee communications, content creation, editing, or related areasExperience working with subject matter and translating technical content into digestible communications for broad audiencesExpert level writing and editing skillsExpert level storytelling skillsInitiative and are a self-starterA journalistic curiosityFamiliarity and interest in issues related to energy, economics, the environment, sustainability, corporate citizenship and government relationsProficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to apply learning to other database environmentsStrong communication and project management skills with an eye for creative design and compelling writingAn ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
