About the Insurance Company / The Opportunity:

Join a company in the insurance industry supporting employers and their teams with employee benefits solutions. In this remote role, you will help manage a diverse portfolio of employer groups, support ancillary benefit offerings, and guide clients through open enrollment. Candidates must reside on the East Coast.

Responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned portfolio of approximately 30 to 150 employer groups.
• Support clients with employee benefits administration and day-to-day service needs.
• Coordinate ancillary benefit lines and help address related client questions.
• Assist employer groups with open enrollment planning, preparation, and execution.
• Communicate with clients and insurance carriers to help resolve benefit-related issues.
• Maintain accurate client and benefits records and follow up on outstanding service requests.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience working with employee benefits.
• Active life and health insurance license.
• Experience handling a portfolio of employer groups, ideally ranging from 30 to 150 groups.
• Knowledge of ancillary benefit lines.
• Experience supporting open enrollment.
• Ability to work remotely and reside on the East Coast.

• Strong client service and communication skills.
