Employee Benefits Growth & Retention Executive

Brown & Brown in Miami, FL is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive to service new and existing accounts, secure retention, and help drive agency sales goals. You will work closely with clients and producers, managing renewals and open enrollment events, and travel about half your time to meet with customers.

The role requires four years of insurance experience, proficiency with MS Office, a strong telephone demeanor, and Life and Health licensing (or plan to obtain within 3 months).
