Seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Financial Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage analytical workflows, prepare financial dashboards, and support financial analyses for employee benefits clients and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities Manage and prioritize analytical workflow to ensure accurate, timely deliverables Prepare and maintain financial dashboards for clients, analyzing claims and cost drivers Support core financial analyses and assist in developing financial models and alternative plan scenarios Required qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, finance, or a related field College degree or CEBS designation preferred Life & Health insurance license preferred, but not required Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools Commitment to staying current on industry trends, regulations, and emerging products
