To support the Employee Benefits division, the full-time Senior Counsel will provide legal guidance on supplemental health products and employer-provided life insurance, while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity near key office locations. Key responsibilities: Provide legal advice and support for the development and administration of life insurance products Prepare, review, and negotiate legal contracts and agreements related to insurance products Research and draft recommendations on regulatory challenges and compliance issues Required qualifications: JD from an ABA accredited law school Member of the Bar in good standing in any US jurisdiction Five years of experience in insurance regulatory law or in-house counsel focused on supplemental health insurance Experience with individual and group life insurance products Proficient in MS Office and effective in project management
