Employee Benefits Client Manager – Northwest

USI Insurance Services is seeking a benefits administrator to manage and retain a book of small employee benefits accounts in Eugene, Oregon. You will serve as the day-to-day contact for clients, coordinating with carriers and handling renewals, compliance topics, and employee communications.

You will provide proactive, personalized support, educate clients on ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, 5500s and health care reform, and act as the primary liaison between clients and insurers.
