Job Title: ERISA & Employee Benefits Attorney
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Preference for CA, NY, TX or FL - Other U.S. jurisdictions considered)
Basic Salary: DOE + Bonus + Benefits

National law firm with a well-established Insurance Practice with locations across the U.S. The firm is actively growing its ERISA & Group Litigation and Managed Care Litigation practices, offering the opportunity to work on sophisticated employee benefits, ERISA, and healthcare-related matters.
Requirements:

• 4+ years' experience in ERISA and Employee Benefits law.
• Experience advising clients on ERISA compliance and health & welfare benefit plans.
• ERISA litigation and/or managed care litigation experience preferred.
• Strong client advisory and litigation skills.
• Licensed in any U.S. jurisdiction (CA, NY, TX and FL preferred, although strong candidates licensed elsewhere will be considered).
