Supporting clients through employee benefit enrollment calls, the full-time Employee Benefits Advocate will provide assistance remotely, ensuring compliance and thorough documentation while delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities Answer a wide range of inbound calls related to employee benefits in a professional and positive manner Document call details accurately and respond thoroughly to caller inquiries Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and ensure timely processing of transactions Required qualifications Prior experience in service center or customer service roles is required Experience in benefit administration, insurance brokerage, or insurance provider is preferred but not mandatory Strong customer-centric mindset and exceptional phone etiquette Comfortable with technology and able to work in a remote environment Ability to work under general supervision following established procedures
