Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP, a leading international law firm, is seeking an ECVC associate in Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Palo Alto offices. We have created a firm culture that is based on collaboration, dedication to serving our clients, and mutual respect.

The practice focuses on representing innovative companies throughout their lifecycle—business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions—as well as the funds that invest in them. Clients range from newly‑formed startups to multi‑billion dollar technology market leaders.

Responsibilities

• Represent companies and funds on business formation, financing, and M&A transactions.
• Work closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience, preferably at a comparable law firm.
• Strong academic credentials and references.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Quantitative and Excel skills are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation range: $235,000 to $260,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid holidays, and family care benefits.
