5 Legal, a Top 50 AmLaw firm, seeks an associate to join its Business and Transactions Department in Washington, DC, with the option to locate in Philadelphia or New York offices as needed.

Qualified candidates should have 2–3 years of significant experience in emerging companies and venture capital transactions, including venture capital financings, M&A, and technology matters. Active license in DC or relevant office is preferred.
