- Address general corporate matters for venture-backed companies.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience with startups and emerging growth companies.
- Background in a reputable law firm or venture capital fund preferred.
- In-house experience at a well-funded technology startup is advantageous.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
