Duties

- Ensure compliance with federal securities and state blue sky laws.
- Facilitate joint ventures, spin-offs, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Advise on employment, consulting, and equity compensation matters.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience with venture-backed growth companies preferred.
- Background in a reputable law firm or venture capital fund is advantageous.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
Admission to the New York State Bar.
