The Opportunity

As Medical Director, you’ll lead our ER team and specialists in a collaborative environment. You’ll balance clinical shifts with leadership responsibilities—offering mentorship, upholding medical excellence, and helping to shape hospital growth.

What You’ll Bring

• DVM or equivalent degree, with Ohio veterinary license (or eligibility)
• Emergency medicine background
• 3‑5+ years of leadership or mentoring experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
• Confidence overseeing a team that includes specialists

Nice‑to‑Haves

• Leadership coursework or certifications
• Experience building or shaping medical teams
• A collaborative spirit and proactive mindset

What We Offer

• Total annual compensation of $175,000‑$200,000, which includes base salary plus a leadership stipend
• Additional production pay on top of base compensation
