Job Description
What you’ll do
- Provideemergencyandurgentmedical/surgicalcareforsmallanimalpatients.
- Communicateclearlyandcompassionatelywithclientsaboutstatus,prognosis,andtreatmentoptions.
- Workcollaborativelywithtechniciansandsupportstaff;mentorcolleaguesasneeded.
- Maintainaccuratemedicalrecordsandfollowhospitalprotocolsandstandards.
Qualifications
- DVM/VMDfromanaccreditedveterinaryschool.
- CurrentNCveterinarylicense(orabilitytoobtainlicensure).
- Emergencymedicineexperiencepreferred;motivatednewgraduateswithemergencyskillsetconsidered.
