Emergency Veterinarian

Full‑Time Emergency Veterinarian (Renton, WA)

BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a full‑time Emergency Veterinarian to join our team located in Renton, WA. The position offers opportunities to provide emergency care in a modern 14,000‑square‑foot facility equipped with a blood bank, digital radiography, ultrasound, contrast radiology, and a 64‑slice Aquillion CT.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency veterinary care to patients 24/7.
• Diagnose and treat acute and critical conditions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Perform emergency procedures, including surgery and critical‑care support.
• Collaborate with internal medicine, oncology, and surgery teams.
• Maintain accurate medical records and manage patient handovers.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree.
• Valid state veterinary license.
• Unwavering commitment to emergency care, self‑directed, and continuous learning.
• Excellent decision‑making and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high‑volume environment.
• Bonus: experience with Google Apps and Cornerstone Practice Management software.

Compensation & Sign‑On Bonus

• Average Base + Production Compensation Range: $160,000 – $250,000.
• Sign‑On Bonus up to $100,000.
• No Non‑Compete Clause.
