Emergency Veterinarian (Overnights) – Weatherford, TX. I-20 Animal Hospital is an overnight emergency and critical care facility offering an outstanding compensation package, including a base of $130k–$200k (DOE), 22–23% production (DOE), and total earning potential of $250k–$300k. Additional incentives include a $20k sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a schedule of only 14 shifts per month, providing excellent work‑life balance.

We welcome experienced ER DVMs, GP veterinarians transitioning into emergency medicine, and new graduates seeking to develop their ER skillset in a supportive, mentorship‑driven environment. New graduates will benefit from structured mentorship through NVA’s 12‑month Mentorship Program. Located in Weatherford, TX, I-20 Animal Hospital is a 24‑hour emergency and critical care facility focused on high‑quality veterinary medicine with a collaborative, family‑oriented culture centered on teamwork, mentorship, and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
• Eligible for veterinary licensure in Texas
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Interest in emergency and critical care medicine
