What We Offer

Compensation & Scheduling

  • Training pay: $1,000 per shift
  • Post‑training compensation: $1,000 per shift or 25% production (whichever is greater)
  • Predictable schedule: 12 shifts per month , with optional additional shifts
  • Some weekend and overnight shifts required

Sign‑on bonus up to $50,000

Relocation assistance up to $12,000

Student loan repayment program: up to $20,000 per year for 4 years
