A privately owned, doctor-led emergency hospital in The Colony, TX is seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to join its growing team.

Choose Your Schedule

• Day Emergency Veterinarian
• 7:00 AM-8:00 PM
• Typically finishing around 7:30 PM
• No overnight shifts
• Consistent daytime schedule
• Night Emergency Veterinarian
• 7:00 PM-8:00 AM
• Dedicated overnight schedule
• No regular rotation onto daytime shifts

Full-time: 3 shifts per week

Part-time: 1-2 shifts per week also available

This is a true emergency medicine role, with a varied and challenging caseload including:

• GDVs and major trauma
• Hit-by-car and bite/fight injuries
• Working/police dog injuries
• Emergency surgeries
• Medical emergencies
• Post-operative complications
• Hospitalised/boarding patients

The hospital also offers advanced emergency capabilities including endoscopy, blood transfusions, oxygen therapy, ultrasound, advanced imaging and CT.

You’ll have access to modern diagnostic and treatment equipment, dedicated surgical facilities, isolation facilities and an established referral network with local GP and urgent-care hospitals.
