Full‑Time Emergency Veterinarian – Olympia, WA

BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking an experienced Emergency Veterinarian to be a key member of our brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art facility in Olympia, WA. The hospital features three operating rooms, a dedicated ICU, cat ward, and isolation area.

Position Overview

We are looking for an Emergency Veterinarian who is highly skilled in emergency and critical care and enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative and innovative veterinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional emergency and critical care services to patients.
• Collaborate with specialists in oncology, neurology, and surgery.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools such as MRI and CT to deliver precise and effective care.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school.
• Experience in emergency medicine.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation and Sign‑On Bonus

• Average base + production compensation range: $160,000‑$250,000.
• Sign‑on bonus up to $50,000.
• Relocation assistance available.
• No non‑compete clause.

Production compensation is paid quarterly. Additional ancillary benefits, such as shift and weekend differentials, may fluctuate by region and hospital. Please discuss specific benefit details with your interviewer.
