Full‑Time Emergency Veterinarian – Olympia, WA

BluePearl Pet Hospital’s newest state‑of‑the‑art facility in Olympia is seeking an experienced Emergency Veterinarian. The role centers on delivering exceptional emergency and critical‑care services in a collaborative, fully equipped environment with MRI, CT, and three operating rooms.

Position Overview

As a key member of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide rapid, high‑quality care to patients, collaborate with specialists (oncology, neurology, surgery), and contribute to a positive work culture while gaining access to advanced diagnostic tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency and critical‑care services to patients.
• Collaborate with specialists in oncology, neurology, and surgery.
• Utilize MRI, CT, and other diagnostic equipment to deliver precise care.
• Maintain a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school.
• Required experience in emergency medicine.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation and Sign‑On Bonus

• Base salary plus production compensation: $160,000–$250,000.
• Sign‑on bonus up to $50,000.
• Relocation assistance.
