In your day-to-day, you will:

As Medical Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing medical leadershipand strategicdirection for thehospital
  • Partnering with theHospital Director toachieve operational excellence
  • Mentoring and developinga talented teamof veterinarians
  • Leading medical qualityassurance and continuingeducation initiatives
  • Supporting recruitment,onboarding, and retentionof exceptional clinicians
  • Promoting a cultureof collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Maintaining a partialclinical caseload toremain actively involvedin patient care
