Emergency Veterinarian

Overview

We are seeking a full‑time Emergency Veterinarian to join our team in Lynwood, Washington as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care for sick and injured patients, including surgeries and critical care.
• Assess, diagnose, develop and oversee treatment plans for patients.
• Manage hospitalized cases and collaborate closely with technicians to ensure high‑quality execution of care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree.
• State Veterinary Board License – active and in good standing for the state of intended employment and obtained prior to start date.
• Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
• Experience in emergency medicine or completion of small animal rotating or emergency internships is highly recommended.

Compensation

Salary negotiable based on credentials and experience, starting at $200,000 per year with production opportunities and a competitive base salary.
