What We’re Looking For

• Completed a small animal rotating internship (or equivalent) or have minimum 2+ years of ER experience
• Confident in stabilization, diagnostics, emergency medicine, and critical case management
• Work collaboratively with specialists across internal medicine, radiology, oncology, neurology, etc.
• Provide excellent communication with clients and referring veterinarians
• Demonstrate strong decision‑making, composure under pressure, and compassion for patients
