Formerly known as Fresno Pet ER, our hospital is a well‑established, busy, progressive veterinary emergency facility located in the heart of California. We serve Fresno, Clovis, Madera, Sanger, and the surrounding areas in the San Joaquin Valley. We practice high‑quality medicine and surgery for small animals, with a full in‑house diagnostic laboratory, digital radiology, ultrasound, a well‑equipped surgical suite, and a passionate, well‑trained support team. Our Medical Director brings over 25 years of experience in Emergency Medicine and is proud to be the official veterinarian for Fresno State’s beloved mascot, Victor E. Bulldog.

The Kind Of Person We're Excited To Work With

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree.
• Holding a valid state veterinary license.
• Unwavering commitment to emergency care: self‑directed, committed, ongoing learner. Must be driven to continuously improve and stay up to date with industry developments and dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality.
• Pro at solving problems: decision‑making skills are top‑notch. Outstanding analytical capacity, attention to detail, and follow‑through.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment: knack for multitasking and skillful prioritization in high‑volume environment.
• Experience with Google Apps for Work and Cornerstone Practice Management software is a bonus.

Compensation And Sign-On Bonus

• Annual Salary Range: $175,000–$220,000
• Sign-On Bonus of up to $100,000
• No Non-Compete Clause

Pay Range Disclaimer: The compensation range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. BluePearl also offers additional ancillary benefits, including, but not limited to, shift differentials and weekend differentials. These ancillary benefits may fluctuate by region and/or hospital. Please discuss specific ancillary benefits with your interviewer.
