Emergency Veterinarian – ER Mentorship (Sign-On)

Ethos ER Immerse Mentorship Program in Peoria, AZ invites veterinarians to join a 6–12 month training track designed to prepare clinicians for the ER role.

Participants will rotate with specialists, receive a dedicated mentor, and transition into ER duties at AVECCC Peoria after completion. A $100,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates, with a collaborative, learning-focused environment.
