We're committed to promoting from within.Robust benefits: Company vehicle and gas card, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays and PTO.Responsibilities:Respond to emergency losses including fire, water, mold, trauma, vehicle impacts, and other property damage situationsLead mitigation projects from initial response through completionManage multiple customers, projects, and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentParticipate in an after-hours and on-call rotation scheduleServe as the daily on-site contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service throughout the projectRun and supervise crews of 3 or more team membersOversee and perform labor tasks including controlled demolition and debris removalEnsure workmanship quality and compliance with Paul Davis standards and safety guidelinesOperate and oversee the use of drying and restoration equipment including dehumidifiers, air movers, HEPA filtration equipment, and other remediation toolsAssess damage and restorability of customer contents and manage pack-outs, cleaning, inventory, and documentation within budgetMonitor drying progress and provide accurate documentation to customers, insurance carriers, and other stakeholdersDrive company vehicles, trucks, trailers, and other equipment as neededMaintain a professional presence while supporting customers during difficult situationsPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:Active IICRC WRT certification required; ASD certification preferred (AMRT and FSRT certifications are a plus)3+ years of experience as a Mitigation Restoration Project Manager handling water, fire, and mold lossesStrong desire to help others during challenging and emotional situationsAbility to effectively manage multiple jobs, customers, crews, and timelines at onceComfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a teamAbility to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to participate in an after-hours/on-call rotationStrong leadership, communication, and customer service skillsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeValid driver's license with the ability to pass a motor vehicle reportAbility to pass a criminal background checkHigh school diploma or GED requiredAbility to lift a minimum of 75 pounds, climb ladders, and work in confined spacesWillingness to work in fire, smoke, mold, water damage, and other hazardous environments (PPE provided by Paul Davis)Ability to pass a DOL physicalBenefits:Premier Restoration EmployerPTO and company-paid holidaysMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) with employer contributionPaid certifications and ongoing trainingCareer advancement opportunitiesCompany vehicle and gas cardPerformance-based commission and bonus opportunitiesJoin a growing team that values leadership, accountability, teamwork, and customer care.
