What You’ll Do
- Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
- Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
- Serve as a leader of the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
- Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as necessary.
- Ensure patient safety and optimal pain control.
- Practice customer service standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Act as a resource, preceptor, and mentor to new employees and team members.
- Organize work to minimize overtime and assist in systems improvement.
