The Veterinary Emergency Mentorship Program
Our program is built specifically for:
- New graduates
- GP veterinarians transitioning into ER
- Doctors wanting stronger emergency surgical skills
What You’ll Receive
- Structured One‑on‑One Mentorship — Weekly meetings with experienced emergency veterinarians for case review, skill development, and confidence building.
- Guided Case Management — Hands‑on emergency case experience with real‑time support — you are never alone.
- Soft Tissue Emergency Surgery Training — Develop proficiency in emergency procedures including GDVs, C‑sections, exploratory surgeries, and wound management.
- Topic Rounds & Case Discussions — Regular learning sessions to strengthen critical thinking and medical decision‑making.

Salary: $130,000–$200,000 (total compensation)
Benefits Package
- To qualify, you must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and a State Veterinary Board License in good standing.
