What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced ED setting
- Manage a busy caseload and perform urgent procedures as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and staff
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to hospital protocols and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Assist with patient transfers when necessary, especially for complex cases
- Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to patient safety
What You Need
Required:- Active PA medical license
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
- Minimum 2 years of ED experience
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
- Clean malpractice history (NPDB verified)
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to multiple shifts
- Strong team player with a commitment to patient care
