Responsibilities
- Lead our EM Residency Program, ensuring excellence in quality, outcomes, and compliance with ACGME, institutional, and departmental standards
- Oversee curriculum development and the educational environment to prepare residents for independent practice, scholarship, and leadership in emergency medicine
- Lead the team that helps accomplish these important aspects across a multi-site training environment
- Recruit and support outstanding residents while fostering professional identity formation, mentorship, and career development
- Advance the departmental mission through teaching, scholarship, faculty development, and high-quality clinical care
Requirements
- Board certified in Emergency Medicine
- Minimum of three years of experience in residency program leadership
