Responsibilities
- Evaluation, treatment, and disposition of patients presenting across a broad spectrum of emergency conditions
- Work collaboratively with RN support staff and communicate effectively with consultants, hospitalists, and other care teams to ensure appropriate patient handoffs and continuity of care
- Participation in quality improvement initiatives to support patient outcomes is expected throughout the assignment
