Emergency Medicine Physician

Start Date: ASAP. Available Shifts: 8:00am, 10:00am, 12:00pm. Pay Rate: $257.05 - $278.25.

This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Job Details and Requirements

  • Annual volume: Approximately 31,000–35,000 visits annually
  • Physician shift times: 11‑hour shifts – 6:00am–5:00pm, 11:00am–10:00pm, 7:00pm–6:00am
  • NP/PA Coverage: Yes – 30 hours of APP coverage daily; 10‑hour shifts
  • Back‑up specialties available: Normal Emergency Room support staff
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Expanse
  • Certifications required: Board‑Eligible/Board‑Certified Emergency Medicine (ABEM), Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA), Active Georgia Medical License
