Responsibilities

• Oversee emergency and trauma services for the medical center
• Evaluate and review medical staff performance
• Assess emergency department efficiency
• Drive ongoing quality improvement initiatives

Compensation

• Annual compensation for a full-time physician starts in the mid $300's
• Additional incentives possible based on experience, training, and specific job requirements
• Nationally competitive compensation
• Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations
• Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay
• Salary range: $340,000 - $420,000 annual

Shift & Schedule
