Responsibilities
- Lead emergency & trauma for the medical center - 15% administrative; 85% clinical
- Evaluation and peer review of medical staff
- Assessing ER efficiency
- Continuing quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with providers in over 10 specialties locally as well as physicians at the Fargo Medical Center
Compensation
- Nationally competitive compensation plan
- Annual compensation range (based on 1.0 FTE): $344,635 - $445,998
