- Licenses: Active Washington medical license, DEA with Washington address (schedules II-V)
- DEA / CDS: Active DEA and CDS required (schedules 2-5)
- Certifications: ATLS, BLS, PALS required; ACLS additionally required for IM/FM providers
- Experience: Prior Emergency Medicine experience required; active ED practice within past 12 months
- Other Qualifications: Completion of ACGME or AOA residency; case logs for past 24 months; immunizations (Tdap, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, influenza, COVID); leadership experience preferred
- Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting with a wide range of conditions in a critical access facility.
- Independently manage and stabilize emergency cases, including performing procedures as defined by the Departmental Operating Policy (DOP).
- Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Allscripts Paragon EMR.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to hospital policies and credentialing requirements.
