Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients in urgent need

Expected Start Date: July 2026 for a duration of 3 months

Daily Shift Patterns:

  • 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
  • 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM
  • 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM
  • 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  • 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Scope of Privileges: Hospital-based

Care Setting: Inpatient

Inpatient Bed Capacity: 60

On-Call Requirement: None

Rounding or Admissions: None

Patient Demographics: All populations

Average Patient Volume: 230-270 per day

Required Procedures: Standard Emergency Room protocols

Licensure Requirement: Candidates must possess an active Oregon medical license.

Required Certifications: Documentation of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) training is mandatory, although current certification is not a prerequisite.

Electronic Medical Record System: EPIC

Physician Shift Duration: 9-hour shifts (AM and PM)

Mid-Level Coverage: Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants available

Specialty Back-up: To be determined

EMR Utilization: EPIC

Certifications Needed: ACLS and ATLS
