- 25,000 annual volume
- 12-24 hour of APP coverage daily
- 24-34 hours of physician coverage/day
- Meditech EMR
Johnson Memorial Hospital - Franklin
- 40 bed community hospital, 22-bed ED
- 24,000 annual volume
- 12-24 hour of APP coverage daily
- 24-34 hours of physician coverage daily
- Cerner EMR
Witham Health Services - Lebanon
- 56 bed community hospital, 14-bed ED
- 17,000 annual volume
- 12 hour shifts of APP coverage daily
- 24 hours of physician coverage daily
- Meditech EMR
Witham Health Services at Anson - Zionsville
- Freestanding ED
- 12 hour shifts
- 24 hours of physician coverage daily
