• Join a close-knit team of 6 physicians and 2 APPs at Mercy Hospital Pittsburg.

• Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools.

• Provide high-quality care in a 13-bed Level IV emergency department, managing a diverse range of cases with 15,500 annual visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care in a 13-bed Level IV emergency department, managing a diverse range of cases with 15,500 annual visits.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists and imaging professionals, to deliver top-tier care.
• Engage in regular monthly, remote, and in-person meetings to foster team collaboration and provide a platform for feedback and continuous improvement.

Compensation

• Well-rounded compensation package which includes employed status.
• Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus available.
• Up to $25,000 retention bonus available.

Shift & Schedule

• Flexible schedule.
• Shift times are 6 AM - 6 PM and 6 PM - 6 AM.
• Full-time status is 120 hours per month.
