Become an expert in wound management, learn from highly qualified wound certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors. Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in facilities across the post-acute care network (e.g., Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals).
• Deliver modern wound management at the bedside and participate in weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Utilize a proprietary wound-specific EMR for real-time clinical documentation at the point of care.
• Operate in a mobile practice with facility visits within a 40–60 mile radius; typically see 2–3 facilities per day and treat ~20–30 patients per day.
• Receive paid onboarding training and a 6-month wound care fellowship as part of onboarding.
• Maintain W2 employment status with no visa sponsorship available.

Requirements

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Practice Overview

• Full-time option: Monday – Friday (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) or part-time available with a minimum of 3 days per week.
• No call and no weekend clinical responsibilities.
• Role involves clinical work at the bedside in the post-acute care setting.
• Physicians conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• This is a mobile practice with facility visits in a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.
