- Board: Board Certified (BC) in Emergency Medicine or Primary Care with EM experience
- Licenses: Active Missouri State License
- DEA / CDS: Active DEA and BNDD required
- Certifications: ACLS required
- Experience: Emergency Medicine experience required
- Other Qualifications: CME from past 2 years, procedure logs, current immunizations (flu, Tdap, MMR, Varicella, Hep B, COVID), Quantiferon TB test or 2-Step PPD
- Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients in the 10-bed ED, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Manage trauma, minor care, and hazmat cases as needed.
- Perform triage and prioritize patient care based on acuity.
- Coordinate with on-call specialists (OB, Radiology, Urology) for patient referrals.
- Document patient encounters in PowerChart/PowerDocs EMR and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
