Physicians will work alongside integrated care teams across Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, and Critical Care, contributing to improved patient outcomes in a community-focused setting.
Practice Info
- Collaborative Emergency Medicine team comprised of 9 physician FTEs and 6 Advanced Practice Providers.
- Level 3 trauma, 67-bed acute care hospital.
- 21-bed Emergency Department with an annual volume of 29,500.
- 10 ICU-licensed beds.
- 36 hours per day of physician coverage and 24 hours per day of APP coverage.
- Accountable, on-site leadership with a local medical director.
Responsibilities
- Actively collaborate with nurse leadership to collectively “own” the ED, consistently striving to improve patient care.
- Ensure attentiveness to patients requiring services.
- Actively contribute to various committees, including the pediatric committee, the vulnerable patients committee, the violent restraint workgroup, and the ED committee.
Compensation
- Base annual 1099 compensation is an average of $400,000+.

Shift & Schedule
- Flexible scheduling of 12-hour shifts.
- Full-time is 120 hours per month.

Requirements
- Board-certified/Board-eligible Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM) certification.
- IM/FM trained with Emergency Medicine experience will be considered.
- Additional certifications required: PALS, BLS, ACLS, ATLS.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
