- Facility: 49-bed Emergency Department
- Volume: ~13,000 annual visits
- Trauma Level: Level IV
- EMR: EPIC
- Team: 5 Physicians and 3 APPs
- Advanced medical technology and diagnostics
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency care for a wide range of acute conditions
- Stabilize and manage trauma and medical emergencies
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nursing, and support staff
- Document care efficiently in EPIC
Compensation
- Compensation: $280-$290/hour
Benefits
- Malpractice: Paid with tail coverage
Shift & Schedule
- Flexible scheduling: 1099 full-time, part-time, or PRN
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABEM or PC with Emergency Medicine experience preferred)
- Emergency Medicine experience required
- Active Texas medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills
