Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine physician to practice part-time at 0.5 FTE in Perham, Minnesota. The role involves working within a 25-bed critical access hospital setting with 7,000+ annual ED visits and a Level IV trauma center. Providers will join an established team offering collaborative practice opportunities and comprehensive clinical support.

- Perham Health includes a 25-bed critical access hospital, 98-bed skilled nursing, assisted living facility, and three clinics
- Shared practice concept consisting of 11 Family Medicine physicians, 13 APPs, 1 Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner, 1 Psychologist, and 2 Surgeons
- Specialty outreach is provided by Detroit Lakes and Fargo providers
- APP works as second provider evenings and weekends
- 7,000+ ED visits annually
- Level IV trauma center
- Full lab and radiology on-site
- Advanced life support EMS that works in the field available to support the ED as needed
Compensation
- Nationally competitive compensation plan
- Annual compensation range (based on 1.0 FTE): $344,635 - $445,998
