Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine physician to practice part-time at 0.5 FTE in Perham, Minnesota. The role is based at Perham Health, which features a 25-bed critical access hospital and associated care facilities. Practitioners will join a collaborative team providing quality emergency care supported by on-site lab, radiology, and advanced life support EMS.

- Perham Health includes a 25-bed critical access hospital, 98-bed skilled nursing, assisted living facility, and three clinics
- Shared practice concept consisting of 11 Family Medicine physicians, 13 APPs, 1 Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner, 1 Psychologist, and 2 Surgeons
- Specialty outreach is provided by Detroit Lakes and Fargo providers
- APP works as second provider evenings and weekends
- 7,000+ ED visits annually
- Level IV trauma center
- Full lab and radiology on-site, plus advanced life support EMS that works in the field available to support the ED as needed
Compensation
- Nationally competitive compensation plan
- Annual compensation range (based on 1.0 FTE): $344,635 - $445,998
